STUDENTS at Arusha Girls’ Secondary School in Arusha City Council have been asked to make good use of Information and Communication Technology. STUDENTS at Arusha Girls’ Secondary School in Arusha City Council have been asked to make good use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) so that they can keep up with the changes resulting from the continued growth of the technology. The statement was made by Arusha Regional Acting Administrative Secretary Emanuel Mahundo during the handover of 25 computers donated by the Empowerment Africa and KOICA. Mr. Emmanuel Mahundo said that ICT education has been the catalyst for development as it has been facilitating work where he encouraged the students to use the opportunity effectively to bring them benefits in their lives. “I urge you to use ICT education especially Internet technology for good and not bad things because if you misuse it you will kill your dreams of doing well and living a better life in the future,” said Mahundo For his part, the Acting Director of Arusha City Mr., Omary Kwesiga urged the students to use ICT education to increase their learning skills.
